1. Acceptance

By using OHTTEK Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Service Description

OHTTEK is a freelancer management tool for sole traders. It helps you manage jobs, clients, invoices, and KM logs.

3. Data & Privacy

Your data is stored in Supabase (EU region). We do not sell or share your data with third parties. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

4. Financial Data

The platform generates invoices and financial reports. Always verify figures with a qualified accountant. OHTTEK is not responsible for tax filing errors.

5. Google Integration

Optional Google Calendar and Drive integration uses OAuth 2.0. You may disconnect at any time from Settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as-is". We are not liable for data loss, financial inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. You will be asked to re-accept on your next login if they change.

2. What the Platform Does

A freelancer management tool for jobs, invoices, expenses, KM logs, and calendar events. Data is stored in Supabase and optionally synced with Google Calendar and Drive.

3. Your Data

You own your data. We do not sell or share it. Google integration uses OAuth 2.0 — no passwords are stored.

4. GDPR

You are the data controller for personal data you enter (e.g. client details). Ensure you have a legal basis for storing third-party personal data.

5. Account Security

Keep your credentials secure. Do not share access with unauthorised persons.

6. Availability

Provided "as is". We aim for high availability but are not liable for data loss from network issues or third-party outages.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not use for illegal activities, spam, or content violating applicable law.
